Mindfulness isn’t just for the cushion — it’s for the small\, ordinary moments that make up our days. \nSome weeks\, we’ll sit together in silence at the Wende Museum. Other times\, practice might take us outdoors for a gentle hike\, to a public event\, on a mindful shopping trip\, or even online via Zoom. Wherever we are\, the essence of practice remains the same: staying present\, open\, and kind. \nThis new L.A.-based sangha is rooted in curiosity\, ease\, and Dharma friendship. Together\, we’ll explore how to live with awareness and discover what unfolds when we meet life just as it is.
