Each session is designed to help you feel grounded\, present\, and connected through the simple act of moving your body. \nPerforma is about expression\, not perfection. Come as you are. Please enter through the ADA-accessible garden gate entrance from the parking lot\, which will open approximately 30 minutes before the workshop begins.
