Opening Reception: Skip Victor: No Words at Westwood Contemporary

Join us for the public opening of Skip Victor: No Words, the first solo exhibition by Los Angeles-based artist Skip Victor. Working across printmaking, painting, digital art, photography, and neon, Victor invites audiences to reflect on the ambiguities and contradictions of contemporary life. Playful, ironic, and visually striking, his work explores everything from human connection and loss to the commercialization of art itself.

Curated by Wende Museum curators Emma Diffley and Joes Segal, No Words kicks off the launch of Westwood Contemporary—a new pop-up space supported by Westwood’s Village Square and dedicated to boundary-pushing exhibitions.

Celebrate with us at our opening reception on Sunday, May 4, 2025, from 4–6 p.m., with remarks at 5 p.m. Free and open to the public.
