Hippie Fest

An evening in celebration of the opening of the exhibition Socialist Flower Power, with special guests from Moscow and Lviv—participants in the Soviet hippie movement—along with California author and hippie John McCleary, hippie-inspired music by Alex Kiskachi and his band, and Russian pirozhki and drinks. Moderated by exhibition curator Juliane Fürst (University of Bristol).

Supported by the Arts and Humanities Research Council. This event is presented as part of Wende Conversations: A Discussion Series Supported by Susan Horowitz and Rick Feldman.
