VEB Deutsche Schallplatten (VEB DS), was the country's official and only legal record label, responsible for all musical output. This agreement outlines obligations of General Directors and the BKV (Betriebskollektivvertrag / Company collective agreement) related to the development, andvancement, improvement, and enforcement of goals for the VEB DS for the year 1986. Includes a section for the "Women's Challenge Plan". Both sides of the back cover are blank and have not been imaged. There is a small notation written in ink in top left with Volkmar Andrä's name written as "Koll. Andrä".
