Several people stand in a park at an anti war and anti nuclear weapon protest outside of the Hermitage, St. Petersburg, 1978. At center, a group stands on a pathway in the Gardens of the Winter Palace. They stand in a cluster, facing slightly left. Two individuals in the group hold up protest signs. The leftmost sign shows an "X" is drawn over a silhoutted bomb with an "N" on it. The rightmost sign depicts a flower and in the center of the flower, text reads, "мир" (peace). A couple of people sit on a bench behind and to the right of them. The Hermitage stands in the background at right.
