Description

1983 Jonas’ journey to the Belukha mountain from the Altai mountain range in Russia. ; Text from the back of the photo: Near a pass on the road to the Ak-Kem lake. A strange dog ran up on the first day of the journey and walked all day together - on the second, ran away. Laces are tied on the cedar branches, shawls represent a holy place: by tying the shawls, the spirits will protect you on your journey until you return back.
