Grenzptruppen der Deutschen Demokratischen Republic plate. The center of plate contains an image of border troop with the background of East Germany. Also a studture with GDR colors is at the troops side. Around the image are the words "Grenztruppen Deutschen Demokratischen Republik; Dank und Anerkennung" which roughly translates to "Border Troops German Democratic Republic; thanks and appreciation".
