This plate commemorates the 1980 Olympics in Moscow. In the center of the plate is a black building with a red star on top and the Olympic rings below. "1980" and "Moskau" is written along either side of the building. Images of different Olympic sports are depicted along the edge of the plate. "CP, Colditz, Made in GDR, 78" is written on the back of the plate.
