Leipzig commemorative plate in a blue case with the text "Altes Rathaus Leipzig" on the front and "Industrie und Handels Kammern der Bezirke der Deustchen Demokratischen Republik Früjahrmesse 1967" on the back of the plate. Meissen logo on the back. The commemorative case also has the text "Messestadt Leipzig", again with the Meissen logo.
