Description

Cultural Revolution-era photograph album. Spiral bound with metal rings with red stitching along the edges of the front cover. The cover features a film still from the model performance, "The Red Detachment of Women." Interior pages feature various photographs, including portraits, school pictures, and groups of friends and family. Some are from travel photographs, with backgrounds from Beijing and Shanghai. Some photographs are dated. Notably, some pictures are in color film, which suggests that the album was used through the 1980s. Album includes a small bag swith 8 small loose photographs, and 5 loose photographs inserted throughout the album.
