Painting of red fish bone skeleton with spoon in the center. This wooden spoon was once used to feed all of Russia. Russian farmers used to know their way around and used to feed half of the world with Russian grain. Then all of a sudden in the Soviet era people who knew nothing of agriculture and land started to command what to do, how to plow, they decided to improve the old good spoon with innovation and funny devices that one could find no use for, leaving people hungry. The red ribs represent hunger. The Russian text states, " dat' ni vziat' Translated: "neither give, nor take."
