In this painting, the 10 ruble note of the USSR is altered. The resulting collage is a combination of the Soviet flag and the American dollar. The artists portray the general mood of those in Russia: that it is better to have less and live a good life than to have more of something that has no value; better to have one American dollar than ten devalued Russian rubles.
