Description

The Young Pioneer Organization of the Soviet Union, also known as Lenin All-Union Pioneer Organization, was a mass youth organization of the USSR for children ages 10 through 15. The Young Pioneers motto was “Always Ready!” and each pioneer had a red scarf. Here the motto is adopted by the artist to voice the message "Be Ready!" and argue that sex education should be a mandatory program in schools.
