Rozhdestvin's "Children's Games" makes a mockery of the people behind the coup of 1991. They are portrayed as children in uniform lining up armored tanks in front of the Parliament Building in Moscow, much the same way as the Red Army did on August 19, 1991. The Russian text states, "Detskie igry" Translated: "Children's games."
