In his twenties, Claus Bach, a photographer who was born and grew up in the German Democratic Republic, formed an artists group with his high school friends Thomas Günther and Sabine Jahn. Working collaboratively for over a decade, the group produced creative multi-media works combining Bach’s photography with Günther’s poetry and Jahn’s prints. Bach will be interviewed by Isotta Poggi, Associate Curator of Photographs at the Getty Research Institute.
