Join us in the Wende Garden for the latest Family Day artmaking activity: Woven Ideas. Taking inspiration from the concept that hopes and wishes have greater strength in numbers, Woven Ideas invites participants to contribute to an outdoor, collaborative art installation by weaving fabric strips decorated with calls for a better future.

This program is offered in conjunction with Textile Arts LA in celebration of Los Angeles Textile Month (September 2021).

Family Day at the Wende is held on the last Sunday of every month, presenting an educational activity designed for children and adults alike. All materials are provided and attendance is free.
