This month, our Professional Development Associates invite you to explore the powerful world of sculpture, inspired by the Wende Museum’s unique collection of propaganda statues. Guided by our talented PD Associates, you’ll learn to sculpt using a wire frame as a skeleton, building up shapes with foil, and adding details with air-dry clay to make your creation unique.

Whether you choose to sculpt a historical figure, a personal hero, or an imaginative object, you’ll gain insight into the techniques artists use to convey meaning through form.
