Join us at the Wende Museum on Sunday, April 30 for Soviet Jewish Printmaking. Referring to the underground production and distribution of uncensored publications within the Soviet Union (samizdat), especially present within the Soviet Jewish communities, visitors are encouraged to apply the production techniques of samizdat by curating, screen printing, and assembling their own booklet filled with imagery sourced from across the history of Soviet Jewry.
