Join us for Family Day at the Wende Museum and participate in an all-ages artmaking activity called Woven Pictures. Taking inspiration from the photographic weaving practice of Dinh Q. Lê, a featured artist in the current exhibition Vietnam In Transition: 1976–Present, participants will be provided with supplies and instruction to weave two different drawings into each other. Light refreshments will be provided. Additionally, students from local high schools will present their own, specially designed tour at noon, as part of our professional development partnership with Operation Progress.
