The Strindberg Laboratory is hosting a community art workshop in collaboration with Citizen Network and the Wende Museum. Participants will reflect on how their media habits have shifted over the past decade and create collages using newspapers as their medium. The session will conclude with a group conversation about the artworks and the possible actions that can be imagined and taken together.

Strindberg Laboratory is a non profit theater company that has been working with Los Angeles marginalized communities for the past 11 years. They have partnered with Citizen Network, a Finnish association to create Citizen Network News, a paper that highlights community issues that are traditionally not covered by mainstream media.

An ADA-accessible entrance to the Glorya Kaufman Community Center is available through the garden gate from the parking lot. It will open approximately 30 minutes before the program begins.
