Family Day at the Wende

The Wende’s August Family Day, presented in conjunction with curatorial consultant Robeson Taj Frazier, will explore the power of images. Dr. Frazier will offer a special talk for kids on how and why images have the power to influence us, which will inspire a poster-making activity in the garden.

11 a.m.–4 p.m.: Poster-making activities in the garden
1 p.m.: Children’s spotlight talk with Professor Robeson Taj Frazier

Family Day program materials and supplies are free.

Family Day at the Wende is held on the last Sunday of every month, presenting an educational activity designed for children and adults alike. All materials are provided and attendance is free.
