Please join us for a performance of You, Now! by Semna Segal, inspired by the works of Soviet absurdist writer Daniil Kharms.

If you listen carefully to what I say and do exactly as I tell you, it could very well be that, while other museum visitors are having a drink in the garden or looking at the Moon rock on display, you all of a sudden are gone. You, Now! is a poetic ode to escapism, inspired by and based on the life and works of Daniil Kharms. An absurdist immersive trick.” – Semna Segal

Semna Segal is a Dutch theatermaker, actor, and dancer. She graduated in 2020 from the theater department of KASK in Ghent, Belgium. Semna floats between the charm of intimate theater in direct communication with the audience and an extravagant, abundant, almost over-the-top spectacle. Since 2022 she’s been making absurdist plays for children as well as adults.

The performance has a duration of approximately 20 minutes and three show times will be offered: 2 p.m., 3 p.m., and 4 p.m.
