
Sound Baths with Shea Cunningham
Take a pause and reconnect with your body, breath, and mind through a restorative sound bath led by Shea Cunningham, a longtime yoga instructor, sound healer, and local sustainability leader.
Each session begins with 15 to 20 minutes of gentle breathwork and grounding movement to help prepare the body to fully absorb the resonant tones of crystal bowls and other therapeutic instruments. The sound bath that follows supports the nervous system, reduces anxiety, and restores a sense of calm and balance.
Please bring a yoga mat and pillow if you plan to lie down. A limited number of meditation cushions will be available. The stage will be reserved for those who wish to recline, first come first serve. Chairs are also available for those who prefer or require a seated option.
About the FacilitatorShea Cunningham has taught yoga since 2004 and has been offering sound baths to the community for the past year. She is also a climate resilience expert and the founder of Balanced Approach, where she leads the Culver City Sustainable Business Certification Program. Her work reflects a deep commitment to both personal well-being and community sustainability.
