A group of four individuals gather along the shoreline while at a commune in Solnechnoye, 1977. A strech of beach extends across the foreground. In the mid-ground, 4 men stand at center where the shore meets the water. They stand in 2 clusters of 2. One man in the pair at right stands with his back to the camera. Another man stands directly behind and obscured by him. He faces towards the camera. Farther back at center, one man squats a the water's edge; his back is to camera. Another man walks through the water behind him. He walks towards the left and appears to empty a glass bottle into the water.
