The child smiles to camera while sitting on the back of a woman who is lying down. Behind and between the child and Azazello, an unidentified man sits on the lawn. Ioko sits behind and to the right of Azazello. In the foreground along the right edge, a man with long hair sits with his back to camera. The lawn extends into the background and is lined by a timber fence.
