Shekspir (Aleksei Polev), Chikago (Andrei Tiafiukin) and Sveta Markova lie on a bed at the Markova salon, circa July 1973. Sveta Markova lies on her side and across piles of bed linens. Her free arm is bent up towards her head. Her hand cradles her head as she looks to the camera. Behind and to the left of her, Chikago gazes off to the left while resting the side of his head on Sveta's shoulder. To the left of Chikago and with closed eyes, Shekspir rests the side of his head on Sveta's hip. A hand (probably Shekspir's) reaches into frame from the left.
