Sveta Markova (Tsarevna Lyagushka) and Sasha Pennanen (Koshchei) hold hands across railroad tracks. Railroad tracks extend through the photograph from the foregroud at center and narrowing into the background. Sveta Markova stands on a track at left while Sasha Pennanen stands across from her on the track at right. They both stand in profile, facing each other, and reach out towards one another as they hold hands. A bridge extends across the image behind and above them. Snow covers the surrounding ground.
