Three black and white photographs capture images of daily life at Checkpoint Charlie. Here, a group of West German soldiers stand in line waiting to cross from West to East. Checkpoint Charlie, though one of multiple crossing points at the Berlin Wall, was reserved for use by foreign visitors and members of the Allied Forces. Other photographs show cars waiting to pass through the crossing point and border guards speaking to drivers through car windows.
