The second half of Binder III. Personenidentifizierung -- Schulung etc. includes exams and test papers for the border guards. Included here are scans of two of the most interesting examples from this section. The exercises are quite difficult and correct answers would require a mastery of the material. The first example evaluates the student's knowledge of the anatomical features of the face, and the second example evaluates the student's ability to match individual sections or features of the face with the same face in a different photograph with different lighting, angle, haircut etc. First exercise (Aufgabe 4 pg. 5-6, purple clip): In the following illustrations, 1-30, label the depicted characteristics of the appearance correctly with the conventional terminology! These include head shapes,the slope of forehead, the tip of the nose, eyelids (position), the covering of the upper eyelid, eyebrows (shape),the shape of ears, ear lobes (shape), and the chin profile Second exercise (Aufgabe 2 pg. 4, orange clip) (062C) : Determine which pieces of the face depicted in figures 1-10 are identical with the person depicted in figure A. Cite each of the 3 characterstics that support the identity or non-identity!
