Penzel's copy of the The People's Book (Lvov / Lviv version) was created by Greg (Porytskyi). The album is wrapped in a red vinyl cover with an embossed "title" reading, "ТЕТРАДь ДЛЯ ТЕХНИЧЕСКИХ ЗАПИСЕЙ" (translation: NOTEBOOK FOR TECHNICAL NOTES). Black-and-white photographs have been cut in cloud-shaped forms and glued into the blank pages of the scrapbook. For the majority of the album, the phographs are glued to page rectos; several page versos also contain photographs. Some photographs have shifted and are loose in the album. Brief captions (providing name, date and or place) accompany some photographs. Photographs mostly capture the L'viv hippie scene, moto-hippies, concerts and travels to hippies events in the Baltics. Photographs contributed to the album by Greg Porytskyi are indicated by a circular, wheel-like symbol in white and usually placed in a corner of the individual photograph. A contemporary menu (August 2016) was found folded up into quarters and tucked into the album. The menu is for a coffee house in L'viv called, "Вірменка" (translation: Armenian woman). The menu includes a featurette for Alik Olisevych.
