Manifesto of the group "Jewish Women Against Refulsals" which expresses the disdain with the large number of refusniks still left. The manifesto proclaims that although there are more people who are able to leave, those few who are left bhind are facing an increased pressure and threat of repressions from the government. The last typed sentence states the organization's goal as repatriation to Israel and liquidation of the insistute of the refusniks. The handwritten note on the top is the name of the organization and the hanwritten note on the bottom explains that the organization conducts monthly seminars on the second to last Sundays, and the seminar on 23 of October, 1988 will concern the "issue of Palestine", followed by the meeting's address.
