Description

Latisnkaya describes the inhumane conditions and treatment she receieved after being arrested for partaking in the protest on March 14, 1988. She was in custody for 15 days, during which time she went on a hunger strike to demand better conditions for herself. She eventually had to start eating because she was threatened to be involuntarily comitted to an asylum after she was released from jail.
