This plastic figurine of a hammer and sickle sits on top of a red tinted star, atop a metal star base. The inscription, in both German and Russian, reads "For the General Comrade Günter Mittag from the Chech Republic and German Air Force Command of the GDR." Günter Mittag was the Secretary for the Economy of Central Committee Secretariat.
