This is a collection of dishes from the Palast der Republik (Palace of the Republic). The collection includes 6 dinner plates, 6 salad plates, 1 bowl, 1 small platter, 1 shaker, and 1 pouring bowl. The pouring bowl has a short handle and a pouring spout. The dishes are white with "PdR" printed on the top of the plates and sides of the bowls and shaker. The dishes and bowl have gold trim around the edges but the shaker and pouring bowl do not. The dishes are all in excellent condition with very minor signs of wear. The bottom of the dishes contains a maker's mark that reads "Made in German Democratic Republic, dishwasher-safe, ILMENAU Graf von Henneberg-Porzellan 1777".
