This Christmas-themed tin drum is from the USSR. There is Santa, Kremlin and inscription in Russian : Happy New 1961 Year" and a portrait of 2 first dogs in the space and inscription in Russian of their names : "Belka and Strelka". On the side of the tin, there are pioneer's symbols: red tie, drum, horn and young pioneers-sportsmen.
