Description

A small plaque commemorating 50 years of "Soviet power," (there is no perfect English equivalent of the word "vlasti," along with "derzhava," both of which literally mean power but also mean authorities as they relate to state power) symbolized by aestronauts, a space shuttle, and a cruiser. There is an inscription that says Несортное on the back.
