Decorative red velvet banner with gold strings lining each side. On one side, a portrait of Vladimir Lenin within a gold circle with a red and gold banner of the Communist hammer and sickle underneath. One line of cursive Russian text in gold at top. On other side, the hammer and sickle over a grid globe encircled by wheat wreath. Banner underneath. Two lines of text in gold at top, six lines of text in gold below central illustration.
