Description

A miniature decorative statue of KISZS (Youth League) Committee, Budapest. The statue is of a woman holding up over her head something that looks like a palm leaf. She wears a long, flowing garment that is shown blown behind her- she is also situated onto a wooden base. The wooden base is losing some of its chipped lacquer. A silver plaque is nailed on the front of the base. On it is a red star, red flag (probably the Communist flag), and the Hungarian national flag grouped together. Underneath, text reads as "KISZ BUDAPESTI BIZOTTSÁG," (Translation: "Youth League Commission in Budapest,").
