Weekly newspaper printed for the Brussels World Fair, 1958 with news from the USSR Pavilion. 4 pages. Black and white photos and drawings throughout, with red highlighted headings. This copy is English but the newspaper is also published also in Russian, French, Flemish and German. The front cover celebrates May 1st as "a day of international solidarity of the working people, a day of brotherhood of the workers all over the world" and includes visitor reviews of the Soviet Pavilion. Articles on the first National Holiday day of Hungary, atomic power stations, sputnik, education improvements, state farms, Soviet Jazz music, the history of Russian champagne, heavy weight champions. Also includes an interview with the Minister of Education, reviews of the Soviet Army Song and Dance Company, upcoming film screenings at the Soviet Pavilion cinema, and a "humour" section with comics.
