Verso photo has newpaper clipping adhered to bottom section: "President Ford, cneter, danced int he streets of Bucharest yesterday with some of the 250,000 Romanians who turned out to greet him. President Nicolae Ceausescu of Romania was at right. Both eaders were wearing cravata, Romanian scarves around their necks.--A.P. wirephoto."Red ink stamp in top left corner of clipping: "AUG 3 1975".
