Ovewr the photo is an illustrated trowel, tearing down through the ruined building, revealing a restored facade and blue skies. An inscription in the sky reads "There is a city that I see in a dream..." This inscription is a reference to the famous song "On the Black Sea". The song, begining with the words in the inscription, became a symbol of Odessa in the 1950s. The message of the poster is in support of city revitalization and modernization, particularly in Odessa. On the reverse of the poster, beneath the plastic wrap, is a strip cut from the poster with the artist information, stating that the artists are from Odessa. It is also noted on the back that the poster won an honorable mention in a contest. There is a symbol of what looks like a lightning bolt.
