Description

Two white menus from Spezialitäten-Restaurant Rhapsodie with orange and brown type. Menu consists of series of folded pages with different menu sections listed on them. Outside-most attachment contains raclette "license" from 14 December 1985 with handwritten names of the guests who have mastered the technique of raclette. "Grill" page of menu contains photograph of dishes and a grill on a set table. The two "licenses" have two different names in them; otherwise, the menus are identical.
