It covers the progress undertaken of each of the capital cities of Tiflis (Georgia), Baku (Azerbaijan), and Erivan (Armenia), referencing their oil production, tea farms, collective agricultural farms, and textile factories. Within the magainze is a fold-out spread for the irrigation efforts across various channels in the region. The back cover is dark green and depicts two maps - one of Lake Sevan, and the other of the railroad system across the Caucus Mountains.
