Description

A demobilization album for a Soviet soldier serving in the Navy, as evident from various photos and Naval iconography throughout the album. The album cover is covered in a red fabric and has a resin or plastic compas decorating the front. The dates 1982 and 1985 are also attatched to the front cover. The album features a drawing on the first page with various military transportation vehicles (an airplane, tank, ship) along with maps that feature Soviet and Ukrainian cities. The rest of the album has drawings of ships and naval battle scenes as well as photographs of soldiers. These photos include portraits, young men holding guitars and wearing costumes, playing volleyball, and pictures of men on the ship.
