Description

A Hungarian banner, constructed of red, satin weave cloth, and trimmed around the border (except for the top edge) with a gold twisted cord. The shape of the banner is rectangular with a triangular point at the very bottom. The banner is intended to be hung vertically, with a wood dowel slippd into a pocket on the top edge. A gold tassel hangs from the pointed bottom edge. This banner was likely awarded based on a worker's achievement at a factory or plant, given some gold, cursive embroidered text on the banner that reads "Üzemünk legjobb dolgozója."
