Description

Socialist realist painting of Lenin presenting a speech among troops from different parts of Russia in various military uniforms. Most figures around him are holding rifles or preparing other weapons. One of the sailors standing to the right of Lenin wears a cap with the text "АВРОРА", referencing the battleship Aurora which fired the first shot of the revolution in October 1917.
