Description

The print shows a large green chameleon holding a single piece of candy and wearing a red bowtie around his enlarged red throat. The end of the chameleon's tail curls around a whip. The chameleon represents the Soviet Union, and shows that with new consumerism, represented by a piece of candy, the country's tail is still tied to the control of the old USSR, symbolized by the whip.
