This Soviet Octopus is multitasking to repaint himself. One arm is painting his forehead, were the Soviet hammer and sickle is, with the colors of the Russian Federation flag. He embrasses the American dollar, a microphone and a copy of Правда (Pravda was the leading newspaper of the Soviet Union and an official organ of the Central Committee of the Communist Party between 1912 and 1991 and then it turned into the daily newpaper of the Russian Federation), a Marx book, and he holds a fired gun that has shot off one of his arms.
