The front of the album cover has a white background, and pink, blue, and yellow "balloons" with white outlines of images inside. The back of the album cover has as white background with textual information in black print. There is also handwriting and a stamp (not completely stamped down). The record label is light pink with textual information. On side 2 of the record label, there is a stamp (not completely stamped down) and handwriting. Includes excerpts from operettas copmosed by Vano Muradeli (1908-1970), a Georgian-born Soviet composer known for his opera "Great Friendship," which triggered an official sanctioning of "formalist" music in 1948. "Girl with Blue Eyes" is Muradeli's first operetta. Published year unwritten, but records with the catalog number around 21700 were published in 1968.
